How is your customer service? I’ve had issues with my pub admin and others.
From what our community of artists, managers, producers, and composers tell us, our customer service is the best out there. Our team is comprised of experts designed to demystify the world of royalties and registrations for you. We respond the same day Monday through Friday. If you hit us on the weekend, expect to hear back Monday. Your music business is our business, and we take it seriously.
How quickly will my music be registered?
As soon as you begin submitting the required information through your dashboard we will begin the registration process. Our dashboards provide current status of registrations and our customer service team provides same-day response Monday through Friday.
With Registration Pro, do I still need a publishing administrator?
It depends. With Registration Pro we will ensure you are registered to collect all of your royalties. The only exception here is international mechanicals, as the MLC does not collect internationally. For many artists, this doesn’t matter, but if you stream a lot internationally you would still want a publishing administrator.
Can I upgrade mid-year to a different membership if my needs change?
Yes. If you upgrade you will receive a prorated price for your new membership.
How many artists/songwriters does each membership support?
Each membership supports one person. If one person has multiple artist projects, they only require one membership. If you are a manager with 5 artists on your roster, you would need 5 memberships. These would all be interconnected to allow you to easily transition from dashboard to dashboard with a single log-in.
I am a manager or business manager with a sizable roster, is Mogul still for me?
